Q. What are your hours?

A. Timber Town Fitness is open 24 hours a day to serve you! We have a key card entry system and security monitoring for your safety and convenience. We will have staff on site during these office hours:

Monday – 8:30am-1:30pm, 3:00pm-7:00pm
Tuesday – 8:30am-1:30pm, 3:00pm-7:00pm
Wednesday -8:30am-1:30pm, 3:00pm-7:00pm
Thursday – 8:30am-1:30pm, 3:00pm-7:00pm
Friday – 8:30am-1:30pm

Q. Do you have group exercise classes?

A. We have a great room set aside for classes. We will have classes, the type, dates and times are still being worked out! Check back soon!

Q. Do you have showers and changing rooms?

A. Yes! We have a men’s and women’s shower and changing room.

Q. Do you have childcare?

A. Our space is limited and we are open 24-hours, no child care is provided.

Q. How do I sign up?

A. It’s easy! During our normal business hours when staff is available, just stop by and get started. You can also go to our website http://www.timbertownfitness.com to print a form and complete it, send it back to us at timbertownfitness@rconnects.com and we will contact you to set up orientation.

Q. Who do I call if I have questions?

Q. Is your staff trained or certified?

A. Absolutely! Our trainers all have certifications from some of the best leaders in the fitness industry, including NFPT, NASM, AFAA and Les Mills, Zumba and others. Our trainers and staff are also trained in CPR, First Aid, AED and more. Two of our staff worked at LA Fitness and Mt. Hood Athletic Club.
