A 55-minute circuit style full body workout that incorporates strength, plyometrics and core work. This class helps you increase endurance, build lean muscle, and burn fat! This is a high intensity class, but beginners will be offered modifications as needed. If you have a prior injury, let your instructor know before the class starts so they can help you find the best way to prevent it from recurring.
