Cancellation Policy

If you would like to cancel your membership, please reach out via phone or email by the 25th of the month. Cancellations received after the 25th will not take affect until the next billing cycle.

Senior Plan

Senior plans must be completed in person. Proof of being at least 62 years young is required at sign up.

Family Plan

The Family Plan is for those living under the same roof regardless of relationship to one another. Proof of residency is required for all those on a family plan. Valid ID or mail received at account holders address will be accepted as verification.
